Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are provided in writing and are valid for the period stated within the quotation. Prices are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client may result in additional charges, which will be agreed before work continues.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the quotation or invoice provided. Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension of services or recovery action.
Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate information regarding site conditions, access, boundaries, utilities and permissions. The client is responsible for obtaining any required planning permission, licences or approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Access and Working Conditions
The client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the site during the agreed works period. We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or third-party interference.
Changes and Variations
Any variation to the agreed works must be confirmed in writing. Verbal instructions may not be accepted as authorisation for additional work.
Cancellations
If the client cancels agreed works after acceptance, costs already incurred may be payable. Cancellation terms will depend on the stage of the project and materials ordered.
Liability
We will carry out services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or damage caused by factors outside our control, including weather conditions or pre-existing site issues.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Warranties and Guarantees
Any warranties provided apply only where stated in writing and do not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow maintenance advice.
